Photo shoots

i went for a photo shooting of Remaja magazines today
that was to promote AFS and i was interview as a returnee from AFS
together with another two returnees

so we only did the photoshooting today

as for the interview part

the magazine's staff will send us some questions and we have to answer it and email it back (technology baby!)

hopefully the questions are not too difficult =)

i have to say that the photoshooting was fun!

with all the lighting and pro camera-man

thanks to AFS for giving me a chance to experience all this

but actually i am kinda worry now

coz i only put on very very light make up for the photo shooting

i think my eyes looked damn small in the photos

and my face is so round =="

big sigh!

i hope they will photoshop my photos for me

pleaseeeeeeeee!!!!!!!

The Apartment

wanted to visit this restaurant for sooo long
maybe more than one years
but people around me kept telling me the food is 'not very nice'
and so i never to step in until i saw an article about the dessert here in the newspaper
and i think i should give it a try

very nice interior, all white

the interior is so special that i dont know where to sit

someone wanted to sit on somewhere like studyroom on the second floor

but i 'insisted' that we should have a proper table so that we can eat

so we move to the bedroom *hehe*

coz i want to sit on the bed marrrrrrr

(cant remember the name) recommended by the waiter

since i was so full i only can eat something light

duck crepe roll

urmm

honestly

the food was just ok nia

i dont know

i dont like my crepe at all

but Mr Prh said his nasi-duno-wat quite nice worrrr

and i dint get to eat my dessert

coz i am too full

maybe i should go back for the dessert (urm only the dessert) next time when my baby is back

oh and then i want to talk about two movie i watched yesterday

The Orphan was sooooo great !!!!!!

i love the story line and i hate the husband

then we watched another Thai horror movie which only showing in the Curve, called the Screen

i dont really understand the story

coz we were 15 mins late

but it was a story something related to movie and was very disturbing

and the part in cinema was just plain scaryyyyyyyyy

especially when the chairs in front of me is all empty while watching the movie

and the cinema was so damn dark....

but i have to say

thai horror movie are awesome!!!

p/s: i am so in love with Buzzer Beat, ii naaaaaaaaa~~~~~~~~

Late birthday celebration

Jie had been very very busy lately
but still, she managed to come back this week to celebrate my birthday with me
she brought me to this very nice dim sum in SS2
too bad i forgot to bring my camera
the dim sum there was sooooo nice

and since i was too full to eat my cake
i was allowed to bring it home with me

my favourite Tiramisu

this is the best tiramisu ever !

my bro love this banana tart, super yummy!

and last but not least,
my favourite present : birthday card
i love this card, its so me XDDD

Malacca one day trip

Guess where i went yesterday?

yup, the answer is Malacca !!!

Avier's aunt is currently hosting a japanese student --- Marina

and she wants to go Malacca to meet a friend --- Mei shan

since i got nothing to do

why not take the chance to join them? *wink*

coz after watching Little Nyonya (the singapore drama)

i really wanted to visit Malacca

for the nyonya food and to see the nyonya house *hehe*

and lucky for us to have Meishan as our tour guide

she brought us WALK around the town

and what we have to do is just follow her

then we get to eat very nice food ^____^

very dif from penang one, not sweet at all and have sago inside

it is something like 'lut lut' we always eat in pasar malam

so many choices

the only difference is that instead of cooking the food in boiling water

the Malacca people put it into the boiling satay sauce

less steps and more yummy

Malacca is such a beautiful city

very ancient feel and very HOTTTT

not very hot actually, is SUPER HOT

the weather can kill!!!! and it almost kill me

luckily i put on a lot of UV protector on my face before i went there *smart*

but other than the weather

everything was just so great

especially the foods

too bad i cant really eat a lot

what happened to my appetite?? please come back to me....

Full House Cafe

wanted to go to this cafe ever since i was in uk
and at last i have the chance to visit this very popular cafe
with my mama and sista

the environment was great

even though that whole NZS area is like a bit terbiar

and all the shops there are closed

but for Full house

i dont think i will come to this area, honestly

camwhore while waiting for our food

the price of the foods there are quite affordable

and the lunch set is really nice and cheap

a main come with mushroom soup+drink+dessert

its only about RM 16.90

~i like the almond slices inside the soup, quite special and taste good~

ice lemon tea (drink for set lunch)

this is their famous dish i think, very yummy but i dont like the mashed potatoes

very small but very nice

the best activity after dessert is of course to shop/walk around the cafe

not many clothes there

but my mom still managed to get herself one black pants

AFS Reunion

went to the AFS Reunion for returnees in Bangsar today
it was rainy so heavy when i left my house to pick up Evelyn in Shah Alam

but luckily i was managed to reach Tesco Shah Alam safely

and then our adventure started ie find the way to Jalan Maarof

thank god the place was quite easy to find

so we reached there safely at approx 4.15pm (15mins early okay, not bad)

little AFS cupcake !!

i think my Baby will really like this cupcake XD

we havent met each other for like 4 years

but we are still sooo unbelievable close

we used to write letters to each other during our exchange year in Japan LOL

with the J.E.D.I people

all Japan returnees *blink*

and i found another Arashi fans !!!!

with all the AFSer

and Datuk Yasmin, our AFS ambassador, actress

and also former Miss Malaysia

she is so beautiful and friendly

it was really nice to join AFS again

this reunion reminds me of soo many things and memories i had during my exchange year

life time experience, we call it

and i think its time for me to pay back to AFS

do u have any spare/empty rooms in your house?

let me know if you are interested in becoming a host family *wink*
