Attitude

i guess almost everyone know that there's a famous Bah Kut Teh in Klang,
which is located under the bridge near fire station

went there with my mama this morning
my mama suggested there (even though i dun really like their BKT)
and they totally ruined my good mood

imagine,
u woke up early in the morning and decided to go for a good breakfast
u drive all the way to the place
after the small traffic jam and all
then u reached the shop

Its a Saturday morning and school holiday
so of course, there was packed with people
u look for a table for two
and when the boss passed by you
you kindly ask her whether there's any table for two
the response you get is
" Find on your own lar!"
in a totally not very friendly tone.

Fine! u found a table and sat down
but the table was full with plates and watever, waiting to be clean up
u helped to stack up the plates and started to look for people to clean the table up
after countless times of "excuse me!"
still no people will respond to you
after 15 mins,
you have no way but to walk to the people and ask them to clean up.

great! then you start eating and everything.
after eating, its time to leave and pay for the bill
again, no one will look at you or respond to your "excuse me?"
another 15 mins have passed
the boss finally came in a very depressed face
and tell you "RM XX!"
you paid the amount
then she just walked away
without saying thank you nor a 'thank you smile'

I mean
even though the shop is very famous and all
but this isn't the right attitude to treat your customer right?
people came early in the morning just to enjoy a good breakfast
maybe you are very busy and tired since morning
but you shouldn't show it to your customer

I am YOUR customer, not your creditor or debtor or whatever
and no matter how good is your food
with this kind of terrible attitude
your food will never taste good, seriously.

Anyway
i will not go back to this shop anymore.
Your shop is blacklisted.
